Do you accept any payment methods other than PayPal?
Sure, but PayPal can process Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and E-Checks (not everyone knows that).
We offer FREE shipping on all orders processed through our shopping cart.
While we can and do process credit cards privately, receiving orders this way (via the website)
cuts out so much of our paperwork and labor that it made sense to pass a
little savings on to our buyers who use that method, by absorbing shipping costs when that payment method is used.
This free shipping offer is good for First Class Delivery Confirmation Insured packages only.
If you want to use a credit card privately,
the minimum order is $50, and you will need to call or fax your order in.
What if an item is out of stock when I place my order? If we are out of stock on an item when your order
comes in, we will put it into production (if it's not already in production) and ship it to you with no shipping charge when it does come out. This can take anywhere from a few days to 3-4 weeks, depending on the stage of production.
How long does it take you to ship an order? We usually ship orders in 1-5 business days, orders involving finished
jewelry may take a little longer as we make it all by hand!
What is your return policy? Returns for damaged goods are
accepted for exchange only. Returns because you've changed your mind are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and are also
good for merchandise exchange only. All returns must be within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
Do you sell Wholesale? If so, what are your requirements? We do wholesale! In order to give you access to that, I will need an actual (faxed) copy of your wholesale/resale license, as issued by your State. You can fax that to (702) 974-8474.
At one time I accepted copies of wholesale licenses via email attachments, but no longer do due to viruses that came in with them. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
FLORIDA BUSINESSES: If you are in the State of Florida, the State changed their requirements a couple of years ago (not everyone is aware of this). I will need a copy of your license as stated, but, before I can ship to you, I will also need a hard copy of your license with an *original signature* before I can ship your order. The State will not accept a copy with a "copied" or "faxed" signature as valid. Let's all thank Florida for making it difficult to really do wholesale business together!
When you FAX the license, please **include an email address*** on the cover sheet, and let me know if you are interested in the metaphysical line, or the findings/beads line (or, both!)
I am not in the US, can I still purchase jewelry from you? Certainly!

Actually, to save on VAT charges, they might be the best bet to contact first if you are on "that" side of the ocean.
The only Countries that I will not ship to are Thailand China Singapore India Japan...this is not a personal judgement
against those Countries or their people, but self-protection, having been "knocked-off" in those Countries.
What metals are your items made of? We work in fine quality 925 Sterling Silver, and Karat Golds (10K and 14K). We use authentic Gemstones, and Sterling Silver construction on our finished jewelry.
How do you ship your packages?
We ship via USPS First Class Mail
with Delivery Confirmation and insurance, or, Air Mail insured if you are overseas and placing an order.

Yikes! We will do our best,
but if you need something like yesterday, please do call to see what we can do. We fill orders by order (in the order that they come in)
but we'll do our best! Some items simply can't be scramble-rushed out the door within an hour...or even a day sometimes.
Do you work in Karat Golds?
Yes, we do, by special order.

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we do, with minimum requirements. We do take special requests, for finished jewelry that's easy....something such as a
necklace, bracelet, etc, made from something we already have in our line. If you mean a special charm/casting, while we can
do those, they would probably be extraordinarily expensive for you, over $500 to start, with a minimum order after that.
My charm/casting production is set up for large production, and it's not cost effective for me to work up a brand new
piece for just one or a few pieces, honestly I would lose money that way. On rare occasion I will develop a piece and
release it into my line, my stonehenge pentacle came about that way, so my sister and I paid for the mastering and molding and first
production run, believing that many people would want those. So I'm always open to hearing what you want, but
normally I get requests for coven or personal items that people don't want released to everyone.
If that's what you
meant by special order, do let me know what it is and I will consider the marketability of the piece.
