Do you accept any payment methods other than PayPal? Sure, but PayPal can process Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and E-Checks (not everyone knows that).

What if an item is out of stock when I place my order? If we are out of stock on an item when your order
comes in, we will put it into production (if it's not already in production) and ship it to you with no shipping charge when it does come out. This can take anywhere from a few days to 3-4 weeks, depending on the stage of production.
How long does it take you to ship an order? We usually ship orders in 1-5 business days, orders involving finished
jewelry may take a little longer as we make it all by hand!
What is your return policy? Returns for damaged goods are
accepted for exchange only. Returns because you've changed your mind are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and are also
good for merchandise exchange only. All returns must be within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
Can I use your website images on my website? We would be happy to
let you use them, but if we stumble across them and don't have a record of you asking before using them, we'll assume that
perhaps you are copying our copywritten designs, and you could get a very nasty letter from us or our copyright attorney,
or both.
In order to use them, you MUST move them to your own hosting area!
We do have a CD of images available with your first order of $100 or more. (It'll save you hours of right-clicking and saving!)
What are your Wholesale Requirements? In order to give you access to that, I will need an actual (faxed) copy of your wholesale/resale license, as issued by your State. You can fax that to (702) 974-8474.
At one time I accepted copies of wholesale licenses via email attachments, but no longer do due to viruses that came in with them. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
FLORIDA BUSINESSES: If you are in the State of Florida, the State changed their requirements a couple of years ago (not everyone is aware of this). I will need a copy of your license as stated, but, before I can ship to you, I will also need a hard copy of your license with an *original signature* before I can ship your order. The State will not accept a copy with a "copied" or "faxed" signature as valid. Let's all thank Florida for making it difficult to really do wholesale business together!
When you FAX the license, please **include an email address*** on the cover sheet, and let me know if you are interested in the metaphysical line, or the findings/beads line (or, both!)
Some businesses just ask for my resale #, not an actual copy of the license. Why do your terms seem so much more stringent? Please understand that the requirements to prove retail status are issues that we have worked hard developing, and it's not a personal questioning of your status or ethics, just that we are concerned and wish to verify that people ordering wholesale are legitimate wholesale customers.
Any legitimate wholesale buyer should be able to supply any of the paperwork or proof that they are a qualified wholesale buyer. Please do understand that I deal with a multitude of retail buyers masquerading as wholesale buyers, and some of them do go through extraordinary contortions attempting to access better pricing. (Your pricing!)
I do believe that you have encountered companies that do not require stringent qualifications for wholesale purchases, and that really is a result of the economy. Sadly, some people are willing to sacrifice their ethics for the sake of money. Ultimately, this will be to the detriment of their qualified buyers, and they will lose their legitimate wholesale customers in the end.
So please do not look at this as a frustrating moment, but as TanZyr protecting you as a qualified wholesale buyer. After all, if just anyone could purchase at true wholesale pricing, why would anyone buy from you? If they were allowed to do that, then you would probably find yourself buried with hobbiest competition matching or beating your final pricing. In all reality, this is our way of protecting your interests.
My business is not in the US, can I still purchase wholesale jewelry from you? Certainly!

The only Countries that I will not ship to are Thailand China Singapore India Japan...this is not a personal judgement
against those Countries, but self-protection, having been "knocked-off" in those Countries.

What metals are your items made of? We work in fine quality 925 Sterling Silver, and Karat Golds (10K and 14K). We use authentic Gemstones, and Sterling Silver construction on our finished jewelry.
Some of the items on your price list say "Jump rings not included."
Can you clarify that? Some items, including very small items (usually offered in packs, not singly), any any/all
jewelry findings are not sold with jump rings. This is because we're assuming you're purchasing these items to make your
own jewelry and that you would want to use jump rings that match the rest of your piece. Therefore we've saved you money
by not calculating in the price of jump rings. If you would like jumprings on these items, the cost is $.18 each. Let us know via email if you want jump rings on the per-pack priced items.
Do you offer Discounts on Volume Orders? We do, the discount levels are:
150.00 - 249.99 3%
250.00 - 749.99 5%
750.00 - 999.99 7%
1000.00 - 1799.99 - 10%
1800.00 + Up - 15%
We can offer deeper discounts if you are willing to contract for one year of minimum monthly purchases. This is our standard discount,
which leaves our legit. distributors room to match the discount if they choose to.
I've noticed other companies offering items that appear identical or extremely similar to yours for less. How can they do that?
Well, have you ever heard of "bootlegging"? In all likelihood, what you are viewing is an item that has been "knocked-off" ie copied from one of our original pieces. Jewelry tends to shrink when it's copied.
The other possible scenario is that one of our distributor/volume customers is marking up only a little, in an attempt to pull their profit from volume sales and not individual sales. If you are concerned about the possible Karma of purchasing stolen intellectual property items, at this point, we can tell you that our Distributors are either matching our pricing or marking the wholesale price up...not down.
