Essentially drop shipping is: Your customer places an order with you. You in turn place an order with TanZyr
for the item, and forward the payment to us. (We are accepting PayPal payments ONLY
for drop ship orders.) In order to qualify for the drop-shipping
program, we **must** have on file a copy of your State issued Resale Certificate. You can FAX that

address (your address) that you want on the package with every order/payment.

Shipping: I ship via first class trackable insured mail. At this time I will only ship within the United States.
Basic jewelry shipping charges are as follows:
1-2 Items: (valued at under $100) You will pay $4.20
3-5 Items: (valued at under $100) You will pay $4.90
5-up Items: (valued at under $100) You will pay $5.60
Packages that are valued at $101 or up: Add an additional $1 (dollar) for every $100 increment.
Insurance claims, due to the nature of my private insurance carrier's requirements, can only be paid to me, with a 30 day lead time.
If you choose to use the Paypal e-check option, your package will not ship until your e-check clears. Sorry folks, but I'm sitting on several thousand in bounced checks right now, and that's quite enough for me to cope with.
I assume that this program will be of interest to some of my fellow auction sellers. While I’m delighted to offer these services to you, I am a little concerned about your seller reputation if I run out of stock when you have an auction running.
As you know, rapid shipping is critical when auctioning. And like you, I never know what my sales will be...for example, 10 days ago at the time I’m writing this, I had 180 PENT29s in stock. Today, I have 15. Those could be gone by tomorrow. I never know when a large order, or a sudden flurry of small orders, will come in. I’ve already got those back in production, but it’s around 3 weeks or so til the next batch will be available.
I know that it’s not my business to tell you how to sell, but, as a seasoned auction seller myself, I wanted to point out the potential pitfalls of listing at auction and assuming that I will have the items you need in stock at the time of your order. I would hate to see your reputation jeopardized! And no manner of frantic begging can make me manifest the items quicker than the lead time, I’m sorry. If I could just manifest the jewelry out of thin air....I would! Of course if I had the ability to immeditately manifest physical change, I wouldn't be in the jewelry business, I'd be more in the World Peace or Curing AIDS line of work.
(Can everyone tell that I went through this in the past with a fellow seller, LOL?!?!)
Therefore, I would strongly suggest that my fellow auction sellers simply buy stock for auctioning purposes. That said, I will not feel guilty if or when I run out of stock on hand and you've just closed 5 auctions for the pieces. I will of course listen to you and sympathize with your problem but I won't lose sleep or get the shakes over it again.
